At Coinbase, he led the expansion of a Design Systems team along with operations for scaling component and pattern libraries and driving product adoption.
At Upwork, he led a globally distributed Design Systems team responsible for a range of scalable product foundations including, UX/UI component and patterns libraries, accessibility standards, visual design language, product branding and much more.
While working for award winning design agency, Lunar (McKinsey & Co.) he worked with clients ranging from start up to Fortune 500 to create memorable, user-driven design experiences. Some of these clients include; Intel, Herman Miller, Hewlett Packard, Logitech, Rubbermaid, Alpine Music, Ziploc and SanDisk.
